Can I use my own email to send email with the software or will I get a different number?
Yes, use your existing email account from gmail, yahoo, outlook. Any email provider that has smtp capabilities (most free/paid accounts do) can be integrated.
Yes, but you would need to port your number into Twilio. You will get a new local or toll-free number through Twilio (a trusted 3rd party communications company) that will be dedicated to this software. If you already have a Twilio account and phone number, you can use it with our system.
Text message rates do apply and are on average $0.01/message, but range from $0.0005/message and up to $0.02/message (multimedia). Additionally, the purchase of a Twilio phone number is $1-$2 a month. These are the fees you pay to twilio.
